出生於台灣。

過去曾為塗鴉藝術家，及工作於廣告視覺設計。

2008年她開始前往印度去尋找另一種生命的方式，並於印度普那旅居六年多。這份與印度神秘家奧修的相遇與經驗，完全地改變了她的生命 ––

那是一種允許流動的、道、真實、慶祝與覺知的道途。

 

2009年她參與了奧修藝術治療訓練，並與日本藝術治療師與藝術家 Meera Hashimoto 相遇。這份參與開啟了一趟，重新與創造的喜悅連結的旅程。在接下來的幾年，她加入了助手團隊，一起學習並持續參與了許多年。

 

自2013年起，她開始在印度及台灣，分享個案、活動，及主持奧修靜心治療團體 –– 包括奧修神祕玫瑰、奧修無念禪、奧修再次出生。

現在她與摯愛的朋友們，每年共同在普那奧修國際靜心度假村，主持藝術靜心團體。

Originally born in Taiwan.

​

After working in the design studio for some years, in 2008 she went to India in search of a different way of living.

Since then she was living in and around Osho international meditation resort, India for about 6 years. This experience with Osho has changed her life completely - The way of allowance, of Tao, truth, celebration, and watchfulness.

​

2009 she met Meera Hashimoto in Osho Art Therapy training, this meeting starts a journey of reconnecting the joy of creativity in life. Afterward, she was assisting in the training for many years. 

Since 2013, she started to share her work with session and Osho meditative therapies: Osho Mystic rose, Osho Born again, Osho No-mind in OSHO International Meditation Resort, India and Taiwan.

Now with beloved friends, they hold the Osho Meditative Art Intensive group in Pune, India.
